Description

Congratulations, mama, on the birth of your precious newborn baby. While you are busy nursing your newborn is also an important time for you to start healing. Childbirth can take a whole lot out of you.

Hence why I put together these three amazing combinations of my herbal tea in a bundle for you.

Suppose you had a vagina birth and are hurting down there. In that case, the yoni steam therapy herbs are wonderfully put together to aid quick recovery after vagina birth, tone the uterus, and promote a healthy reproductive function.

How to steam to home? 

It is straightforward to do at home. but make sure not to burn your skin with the hot water

Equipment you need to enjoy your steam. 

  • A clean glass bowl that will fit in your toilet seat. (Use this bowl only to do your steam therapy)
  • boiled  water
  • Half – a handful of yoni steam herbs
  • A large towel

Directions 

  1. Boil about 500g of water in the kettle
  2. Measure the herbs into your glass bowl
  3. Pour in the just-boiled water over the herbs until fully saturated
  4. Transfer the bowl into your toilet, lower the seat
  5. Seat on it
  6. Use the towel to wrap around you to help keep the steam from escaping
  7. Allow the steam to do its work between 20-30minutes or once you notice you are no longer feeling the steam

Once done, discard the content, wash your bowl and set it aside for use next time

I recommend you do the steams 3-4 times weekly post-birth.

Caution: If you think the steam is too hot for you, let it cool down before sitting on it.
